Inpelor was founded on a simple premise: water treatment decisions involving emerging technology deserve independent, science-led guidance — not advice shaped by which manufacturer is paying the bill.
We work across wastewater, natural water bodies, agriculture, aquaculture, and industrial applications including oil and gas, bringing the same rigorous, evidence-first standard to every engagement regardless of sector or scale.
Inpelor is two people, and the work is done by those two people rather than handed to an associate. Between them: twenty-five years of published research and twenty years of commercial operations — most recently from inside a nanobubble manufacturer, which is precisely why they can read a supplier's claims.
Chief Scientist
David spent twenty-five years as a research scientist before nanobubbles, and his published record has one recurring theme: showing that a study's design was structurally incapable of testing the claim it was used to support — not that a confound survived, but that the experiment could not settle the question in either direction. He has made that case in associative learning theory, in behavioural ecology, and in pesticide regulatory science, where he showed that a dose central to the literature was unreachable by free-flying bees for most of the flowering season.
Until 2026 he was Chief Scientific Officer at a nanobubble manufacturer, working on stabilisation mechanisms and gas-injection design, with field deployments in produced water, biogas, aquaculture and mining. He has been the person who has to stand behind the numbers, not only the person who questions them.
PhD in Neurobiology of Behaviour and Ecotoxicology, Université Pierre et Marie Curie, Paris · h-index 20 · 2,500+ citations · Previously at James Cook University, the University of Newcastle, the University of Canberra, SUNY Binghamton and the Australian National University · Works in English and French.
Commercial Director
Simon has spent twenty years building and running commercial operations across Asia-Pacific, the United States and Europe — P&L ownership, go-to-market, distributor networks and partnerships. He grew Mobile Embrace from $12.1M to $60M in under three years, launched direct-to-consumer sports services across South-East Asia at Perform Group, and ran media operations at Telstra.
Until 2025 he was Head of Marketing & Commercial Development at a nanobubble manufacturer and its hydrodynamic cavitation sister company, building distribution across the United States, South-East Asia, Europe and the Middle East. That is the machine our clients are buying against: he knows what a distributor is incentivised to say, which claims survive contact with a purchase order, and where a supplier's obligations quietly end.

Every recommendation is grounded in peer-reviewed science and field data, with proven performance clearly separated from vendor marketing claims.
Inpelor is not owned by, or contracted exclusively to, any single nanobubble equipment manufacturer. That structural independence is what makes our assessments trustworthy.
